CEO Compensation, straight from the filings
Every figure below is the total pay a company reported for its CEO in its SEC proxy statement (the Summary Compensation Table) — salary, cash incentive, and the grant value of stock and options. These are filed numbers, not estimates. For net worth we don't publish a single guess either: we anchor it on filings — the CEO's verified stake in their own company — and label what's only estimated (see CEO net worth). Tap a name for the full pay breakdown and how it connects to their company's filings.
Compensation is the total from each company's Summary Compensation Table for the fiscal year shown. The stock and option figures are grant-date values as reported to the SEC, which can differ from the value an executive actually realizes when awards vest. We add CEOs over time — this is the current verified set.
