IPO Radar
Every company that just registered to go public (Form S-1) or priced its IPO (Form 424B4), pulled straight from SEC filings — SPACs and blank-check shells removed. Open any one for a plain-English AI read of its prospectus: what it does, the strengths it claims, and the risks it discloses. Educational only, never a buy/sell call.
