Delete your account
This applies to StockTools.ai accounts made on the website or in the StockTools.ai app for Android, which are the same account. StockTools.ai is operated by Combo Ventures, LLC.
How to ask
Email contact@stocktools.aifrom the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Sending it from that address is how we know the request is yours. We reply to confirm once the account is deleted.
What we delete
- Your account: email address, sign-in details, and the Google account ID and profile picture link if you signed in with Google.
- Everything you saved: journal entries, watchlist, watchlist alert settings and dashboard.
- Your earnings reminders and other alerts, and the notifications we sent you about them.
- Your plan record and the Stripe identifiers that link it to your account. If you have a paid plan, we cancel it as part of the deletion, so you are not charged again.
- The daily counters we keep to apply AI limits.
What is kept
- If you ever started a paid plan: the record that you accepted the subscription terms (the date, the terms version, your IP address and browser), kept as evidence of that consent.
- Payment records held by Stripe, which Stripe keeps under its own legal obligations.
- Ordinary server logs, which our host discards after a limited time.
- If you subscribed to the newsletter or an email alert without an account, that address, marked unsubscribed so it is never emailed again. Say so in your email and we delete it too.
Data that never reached us
What you enter while signed out, such as calculator inputs and Analysis Memory, stays in your browser's storage. Clearing the site data for stocktools.ai in your browser removes it.
