Dilution profile FAQ

What does the dilution profile show?

For one ticker: shares outstanding over time (with reverse-split-sized cliffs flagged), warrant tranches with counts, exercise prices and terms as the company tagged them, cash runway from real burn, every registration and offering filing with its status, and five dilution ratings whose formulas are printed on the chips.

How is this different from paid dilution tools?

Three ways. It is free with no login. Every rating prints its formula and its data gaps instead of asking you to trust a score. And every number names the SEC form it came from, so you can audit the page line by line.

What is NOT covered?

Convertible note terms, ATM capacity and equity-line capacity live inside filing exhibits rather than structured data, so they are not extracted yet. Warrant tranches are shown when the filer dimensioned them in its own XBRL; untagged tranches stay invisible. Where a gap limits a rating, the chip says so rather than pretending.
