We currently occupy approximately 23,000 square feet of office and laboratory space in Bedford, Massachusetts, under a lease that expires December 31, 2024. In addition, this lease provides for the lease of an additional 15,000 square feet of rentable space beginning in April 2022 and ending on December 31, 2024. We also occupy 4,842 square feet of office space in Cambridge, Massachusetts under a lease that expires on April 30, 2025. We believe that our facilities suffice to meet our current and near-term needs and that suitable additional space will be available as and when needed.
