Item 3. Legal Proceedings
From time to time, the Company is involved in various legal proceedings arising in the ordinary course of business. These include, but are not limited to, claims to enforce liens, condemnation proceedings on properties securing the Company’s loans, and claims related to the origination and servicing of real estate loans and other matters incidental to the Company’s operations. The Company is not a party to any pending legal proceedings that it believes would have a material adverse effect on the financial condition, results of operations or liquidity of the Company.
