We
currently maintain our corporate offices at 12F, No. 43, Cheng Gong Road, Sec 4, Neihu, Taipei, Taiwan. The cost for this space is included
in the $10,000 per month fee that we pay our Sponsor for office space, administrative and support services. We consider our current office
space, combined with the other office space otherwise available to our executive officers, adequate for our current operations.
