Market Information
Our common stock has been listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “KRYS” since September 20, 2017. Prior to that time, there was no public market for our common stock.
On February 19, 2021, there were four stockholders of record of our common stock. We are unable to estimate the total number of stockholders represented by these record holders, as many of our shares are held by brokers and other institutions on behalf of our stockholders. The closing price of our common stock was $76.98 per share as of February 19, 2021 as reported on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Dividend Policy
We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our capital stock. We currently intend to retain any future earnings for use in the operation of our business and do not intend to declare or pay any cash dividends in the foreseeable future. Any further determination to pay dividends on our capital stock will be at the discretion of our board of directors, subject to applicable laws, and will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements, general business conditions and other factors that our board of directors considers relevant.

There were no repurchases of shares of common stock made during the year ended December 31, 2020.

There were no sales of unregistered securities by us during the fourth quarter of 2020. Prior to the fourth quarter of 2020, sales of unregistered securities, if any, were previously reported in our quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and current reports on Form 8-K filed with the SEC during 2020.

The graph assumes our closing sale price on September 20, 2017 of $10.64 per share as the initial value of our common stock for indexing purposes.
