Our common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbol FEMY.

We have not declared or paid any cash dividends on our common stock and do not anticipate declaring or paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future. We currently expect to retain future earnings, if any, for the
continued development of our business.
