Properties.
We lease our facility in Suwanee, Georgia which, together with our research and development, controlled environment room and office space, currently totals approximately 41,000 square feet. As of
December 31, 2024, our monthly rent payment was $50,590 and is subject to increases on an annual basis. Our lease expires in April 2029, and we have the option to extend the term for one consecutive term of five years, subject to certain terms and
conditions.
