Item 5. Other Information. On December 28, 2023, Henry Levinski, a member of the board of directors and vice president of the Company, passed away. Dante Picazo, the Company’s chief executive officer, is performing Mr. Levinski’s duties as an officer. The vacancy in the board of directors created by his death has not been filled.
