lease our principal executive offices and international headquarters at 5081 Howerton Way, Suite A, Bowie, Maryland 20715.
In
addition, we lease office spaces in Tempe, Arizona; Bowie, Maryland; Los Angeles, California; Amsterdam, the Netherlands; Antwerp, Belgium;
St Albans, England; and India (Delhi and Bangalore), from which we operate our current business.
The Company believes its existing
facilities and equipment, which are used by all reportable segments, are in good operating condition and are suitable for the conduct
of its business.
