The Company does not own any
real property. The principal executive offices are located at an office complex in Middleton, Massachusetts, consisting of shared office
space that we are leasing. The lease is under a one year lease agreement. The lease allows for the use of a private office, conference
rooms, mail handling, videoconferencing, and certain other business services.
We believe that our facilities
are adequate for our current needs.
