Finally, as discussed in Note 20 to the Consolidated Financial Statements, on February 18, 2021, we entered into a new lease agreement in San Jose, California, to expand our manufacturing capabilities for our laser annealing and lithography technologies. This new facility has approximately the same square footage as our existing San Jose, California facility, but expanded manufacturing capabilities, and we will transition to the new facility over the next two years. We believe our facilities are adequate to meet our current needs. ​ Item 3.
