INNOVATE common stock trades on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "VATE".
Holders of Common Stock
As of March 23, 2026, INNOVATE had approximately 43 holders of record of its common stock. This number does not include stockholders for whom shares were held in "nominee" or "street" name.
Dividends
INNOVATE paid no dividends on its common stock in 2025 or 2024, and our board of directors has no current intention of paying any dividends on our common stock in the near future. The payment of dividends on common stock, if any, in the future is within the discretion of our board of directors and will depend on our earnings, our capital requirements, financial condition, the ability to comply with the requirements of the law and agreements governing our and our subsidiaries indebtedness. The secured indentures governing certain of our debt instruments contain covenants that, among other things, limit or restrict our ability to make certain restricted payments, including the payment of cash dividends with respect to our common stock. DBMG has a revolving line of credit and a term loan which contain similar covenants applicable to DBMG. Refer to Item 7. Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities
Equity Award Share Withholding
Shares of common stock withheld as payment of withholding taxes in connection with the vesting or exercise of equity awards are treated as common stock repurchases. Those withheld shares of common stock are not considered common stock repurchases under an authorized common stock repurchase plan. During the year ended December 31, 2025, there were 15,122 shares withheld in connection with the vesting of employee equity awards at a weighted-average price of $7.52 per share.
