Our common shares and Public Warrants began trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 10, 2021 under the symbols “TMC” and “TMCWW,” respectively.

As of March 24, 2023, there were approximately 277,878,995 common shares issued and outstanding held of record by 106 holders, approximately 15,000,000 Public Warrants held of record by one holder and 9,500,000 private placement warrants issued in connection with SOAC’s initial public offering held of record by 22 holders, each exercisable for one Common Share at a price of $11.50 per share.
