Our corporate headquarters is located in Seattle, Washington, where we lease approximately 19,829 square feet of office, laboratory and storage
space pursuant to a lease agreement that commenced on November 1, 2016 and expires on October 31, 2026. We believe that our existing facilities are adequate for the foreseeable future. As we expand, we believe that suitable additional
alternative spaces will be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms, if required.
