ITEM 2. PROPERTIES Our principal executive office is in Middleton, Wisconsin. The Company owns and leases properties supporting our administrative, manufacturing and distribution operations in approximately 37 countries, with approximately 5 manufacturing facilities, 31 distribution centers and warehouse storage locations including facilities owned and operated by third-party logistics providers supporting product distribution, and approximately 56 office locations supporting sales and commercial operations, research labs and other administrative functions. We believe that our existing facilities are suitable and adequate for our present purposes and that the productive capacity in such facilities is substantially being utilized or we have plans to utilize it.
