CHANGES IN AND DISAGREEMENTS WITH ACCOUNTANTS ON ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE On March 17, 2017, we engaged Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP (“DMCL”) as our independent registered public accounting firm. Effective February 21, 2021, we dismissed DMCL as our independent registered public accounting firm engaged to audit our consolidated financial statements and engaged Friedman LLP (“Friedman”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. Through the reporting periods ended September 30, 2017, there have been no disagreements with DMCL on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which disagreements if not resolved to the satisfaction of DMCL would have caused them to make reference thereto in their report on the financial statements.
