 The nature of the legal proceedings against the
Company is discussed at Note 20 to the financial statements, which are included in this Form 10-K.
 
 The Company has reported all cases instituted
against it through September 30, 2023, and the results of those cases, where terminated, to the SEC on its previous Form 10-Q and 10-K
reports, to which reference is hereby made.
 
 There was one lawsuit formally instituted against
the Company during the three months ending December 31, 2023, as follows: Jennifer Laws v. Sturm, Ruger & Co. , filed in the
U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico on November 20, 2023.
