ITEM 2—PROPERTIES The Company’s manufacturing operations are carried out at four facilities. The following table sets forth certain information regarding each of these facilities: Approximate Aggregate Usable Square Feet Status Segment Newport, New Hampshire 350,000 Owned Firearms/Castings Prescott, Arizona 230,000 Leased Firearms Mayodan, North Carolina 220,000 Owned Firearms Earth City, Missouri 35,000 Leased Castings Each firearms facility contains enclosed ranges for testing firearms. The lease of the Prescott facility provides for rental payments which are approximately equivalent to estimated rates for real property taxes.
