Company currently occupies approximately 9,500 square feet of space at an annual rent which, in 2022 was approximately $183,000, for
its executive office, research facility and SPD-Smart Glass Design Center at 240 Crossways Park Drive, Woodbury, New York 11797 under
a lease expiring March 31, 2025. The Company believes that its space, including its laboratory facilities, is adequate for its present
needs.
