Item 2. Properties Our primary operations are conducted at the leased facilities summarized in the below table. During the fourth quarter of 2020, we completed our purchase of land located in Bedford, Massachusetts and began construction of our gene therapy manufacturing facility. We believe our facilities are adequate and suitable for our current needs, and that we will be able to obtain new or additional leased space in the future when necessary.
