 Our corporate headquarters is in San Jose, California, where we lease approximately 87,125 square feet under a lease that expires in January 2023. Most of the facility is used for our research and development and prototype manufacturing. We are seeking to lease an additional facility of approximately 200,000 square feet in order to install a pre-pilot production line to increase production for internal engineering and customer samples. In addition, in order to accommodate growth, including anticipated growth associated with our joint venture activities with Volkswagen, we will need to seek additional facilities in the future.
