believe there are no changes that constitute material changes from the risk factors previously disclosed in our Annual Report
on Form 10-K, filed with the SEC on March 29, 2021. However, at present, because of the substantial uncertainties concerning the
course and scope of the current situation with the Covid-19 virus, it is currently unclear how many live events will actually
be produced by the Company in 2021. It is presently unknowable how long the current situation with Covid-19 will continue and
what impact the Covid-19 situation will ultimately have upon the Company in 2021.
