Our principal office is located at 3960 Howard
Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, Nevada 89169 (“Leased Premises”). The office we lease consist of approximately 100 square
feet plus the use of certain shared facilities, such as a lobby, conference rooms, a kitchen and open workspaces. The term of the first
lease agreement expired on April 30, 2022. On January 13, 2022, we entered into a new lease agreement for the Leased Premises for an additional
six-month term, expiring on October 31, 2022.
