ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
Our principal office is located at 23046 Avenida
de la Carlota, Suite 600, Laguna Hills, California 92653 (“Leased Premises”). The office we lease consist of approximately
200 square feet plus the use of certain shared facilities, such as a lobby, conference rooms, a kitchen and open workspaces. The term
of the first lease agreement expired on August 31, 2020. On May 28, 2020, we entered into a new lease agreement for the Leased Premises
for an additional twelve-month term, expiring on February 28, 2021. On May 24, 2021, we entered into a new lease agreement for the Leased Premises for an
additional six-month term, expiring on February 28, 2022.
