Item 3. Quantitative and Qualitative Disclosures About Market Risk
ITEM 3:
QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE DISCLOSURE ABOUT MARKET RISK
Interest Rate Risk
We are exposed to market related changes in interest rates. As of June 30, 2024, our cash equivalents consisted of bank deposits and money market accounts. Additionally, the
principal balance of our Loan and Security agreement with Horizon Technology Finance Corporation bears a floating interest pegged to the prime rate. Our primary exposure to market risk is interest rate sensitivity, which is affected by changes
in the general level of U.S. interest rates. Historically, the net impact of fluctuations in interest rates have not been material to us.
Inflation Risk
Inflation generally affects us by increasing our cost of labor and pricing of contracts. We do not believe that inflation has had a material effect on our business, financial condition, or results of
operations during the three months ended June 30, 2024.
