We
operate 57 leased facilities that are used to park, repair and maintain transport vehicles, conduct local operations, originate and load
vehicles for transport. All of our facilities are leased from other parties and, in three cases, those parties are former owners or affiliates
of the Founding Companies. Many of our facilities are capable of being utilized at higher capacities, as market conditions change. We
have consolidated certain facilities as common geographies have presented opportunities, and we will seek to be efficient in balancing
coverage versus growth capacity at facilities in the future.
