Our corporate headquarters and research and development facilities are located in Emeryville, California, where we lease approximately 35,000 square feet of space under leases expiring in 2032. Icagen, our ion channel technology business, leases approximately 31,000 square feet of research and development space in Durham, North Carolina and Tucson, Arizona, under leases that expire between 2026 and 2029. We believe our facilities are adequate and suitable for our current needs and that, should it be needed, suitable additional or alternative space will be available to accommodate our operations.
