Item 2. Properties.
We do not own any real property. We lease approximately 50,000 square feet of corporate office and research and development space in Torrance, California. We also lease office, research and development, and design center space in Sh anghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou, China; Hsinchu and Taipei, Taiwan; and Seoul, Korea. We believe our present facilities are suitable and adequate for our current operating needs.
