Our executive offices are
located at 960185 Gateway Blvd, Suite 201, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 and our telephone number is (617) 334-2805. The cost for our
use of this space is included in the $10,000 per month fee we pay to an affiliate of our Sponsor for office space, utilities and secretarial
and administrative support, pursuant to the Administrative Support Agreement. We consider our current office space adequate for our current
operations.

To the knowledge of our Management
Team, there is no material litigation currently pending or contemplated against us, any of our officers or directors in their capacity
as such or against any of our property.
