Our principal executive offices are located at 125 Park Avenue, New York, New York 10017. They consist of approximately 150,000 square feet of space under a lease that expires in 2031.
We operate out of more than 150 offices. In addition, we have licensed our name to 13 commercial real estate providers that operate out of 27 offices in certain locations where we do not have our own offices. We believe our facilities are sufficient for our current needs.
