The Company’s operations in the oil and gas business naturally lead to various risks and uncertainties. These risk factors are discussed in Item 1A Risk Factors in the Company’s 2023 Form 10-K filed on February 23, 2024. In March 2024, the SEC finalized its climate disclosure rule, SEC Release No. 34-99678, The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investor s, which requires registrants to provide certain climate-related information in their annual reports. In April 2024, the SEC stayed the climate disclosure rule pending judicial review. The Company has not identified any additional risk factors not previously disclosed in its 2023 Form 10-K report or noted above.
