ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We do not own any real estate or other properties. We lease a manufacturing facility and office space at 4551 Kennedy Commerce Drive, Houston, Texas 77032 on a ten-year agreement from rent commencement date, set to expire in November 2030, which is also our principal business office.
In April 2020, we entered into a lease for a research facility in Houston, Texas. The lease term is 71 months.
