ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
Our principal administrative, operations, and research
and development functions are located in a leased facility in San Diego, California. We currently occupy approximately 24,000 square
feet of space in the San Diego facility, and the lease extends through January 2027. Under the lease, in addition to the minimum lease
payments, we are responsible for property taxes, insurance and certain other operating costs. We believe that our existing facility is
adequate to meet our current needs.
