PROPERTIES .
We operate manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and in multiple foreign countries. Our world headquarters, including general offices and laboratory, experimental and tooling facilities, is located in Racine, Wisconsin. We have additional
technical support functions located in Grenada, Mississippi; Leeds, United Kingdom; Pocenia, Italy; Guadalajara, Spain; Söderköping, Sweden; Bonlanden, Germany; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Changzhou, China; and Chennai, India.
The table below summarizes the number of manufacturing facilities within each of our operating segments as of March 31, 2023. Sixteen of these facilities include leased manufacturing space.

In addition to the manufacturing facilities summarized in the table above, we also operate six coatings facilities in the U.S. and Europe, which primarily enhance customer-owned products with coatings solutions and operate at a smaller scale
than our other manufacturing facilities.
We consider all of our facilities and equipment to be well maintained and suitable for their purposes. We review our manufacturing capacity regularly and make the determination as to our need to expand or, conversely, rationalize our facilities
as necessary to meet changing market conditions and our operating needs.
