Item 5. Other Information. As announced on August 4, 2021, the Company has appointed Eric S. McGinnis to the position of Vice President, Building HVAC. In connection with this appointment, effective August 10, 2021, Matthew J. McBurney, a named executive officer of the Company, will no longer serve in that role. The Company anticipates that Mr. McBurney will remain with the Company to assist with the transition and work on special projects. The terms of any separation arrangement with Mr. McBurney have not been determined as of the time of this filing, and will be provided by the Company in a Current Report on Form 8-K if and to the extent required under applicable regulations when such information becomes available. 35 Table of Contents Item 6.
