Other Information   On May 30, 2023 , Chief Executive Officer Gary Owens entered into a written plan for the purchase or sale of securities of the registrant intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Exchange Act Rule 10b5 - 1 (c) (“Rule 10b5 - 1 trading arrangement”).
