Market for Common Shares and Dividends
The Company’s common shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MHO.” As of February 16, 2022, there were approximately 393 record holders of the Company’s common shares. At that date, there were 30,137,141 common shares issued and 28,459,630 common shares outstanding.

(1) On July 28, 2021, the Company announced that its Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program (the “2021 Share Repurchase Program”) pursuant to which the Company may purchase up to $100 million of its outstanding common shares through open market transactions, privately negotiated transactions or otherwise in accordance with all applicable laws, including pursuant to any trading plan that may be adopted in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The 2021 Share Repurchase Program does not have an expiration date and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. The 2021 Share Repurchase Program replaced and superseded the the share repurchase program authorized by the Board of Directors in 2018. On February 17, 2022, the Company announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase to its 2021 Share Repurchase Program by an additional $100 million, leaving up to $148.5 million available for repurchase. See Note s 1 6 and 17 to our Consolidated Financial Statements for additional information.
