Properties California Our current corporate headquarters is located in South San Francisco, California, where we lease approximately 108,000 square feet of office and laboratory space, pursuant to a lease agreement that commenced on February 1, 2020 and expires on March 31, 2031. Washington We lease approximately 34,000 square feet of office and laboratory space in Seattle, Washington, pursuant to a lease agreement that commenced on January 1, 2019 and expires on December 31, 2028. We lease approximately 73,000 square feet of manufacturing, office and laboratory space in Bothell, Washington, pursuant to a lease agreement that commenced on February 1, 2020 and expires on May 31, 2030. We believe that these existing facilities will be adequate for our near-term needs. If required, we believe that suitable additional or alternative space would be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms.
