(B) This facility is located within a chemical production complex owned by Covestro. (C) The ammonia production capacity is based on optimal 1,350 tons per day of produ ction for the year. The El Dorado Facility did not perform a Turnaround during 2021. ( D ) The ammonia production capacity is based on 515 tons per day of production for the year but excludes 40 Turnaround days during 2021 . ( E ) The ammonia production capacity is based on 675 tons per day of production for the year. The Pryor Facility did not perform a Turnaround during 2021. For 2021, our facilities produced approximately 765,000 tons of ammonia. Most of our real property and equipment located at our chemical facilities are being used to secure our long-term debt. All of the properties utilized by our businesses are suitable and adequate to meet the current needs of that business and relate to domestic operations. 25 ITEM 3.
