PROPERTIES
We lease our corporate
headquarters facility which consists of approximately 81,000 square feet in Johannesburg,
South Africa.
We also lease properties throughout South
Africa, including an
approximately 10,000 square foot
manufacturing facility in Lazer
Park,
Johannesburg, 194 financial
services branches, 14 financial service
express stores and 14 satellite
branches. We
also lease additional
office space
in Johannesburg,
Cape Town
and Durban, South
Africa; and Gaborone,
Botswana. These leases
expire at various
dates
through
2029,
assuming
the
exercise
of
options
to
extend.
We
believe
that
we
have
adequate
facilities
for
our
current
business
operations.
