Item 2. Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities and Use of Proceeds. On November 2, 2023, we announced that our Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program (“Share Repurchase Program”) under which we were authorized to repurchase up to $20,000,000 of shares of our common stock. See Note 4, “Stock Based Compensation-Share Repurchase Program” in the “Notes to Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements” for additional information. For the thirteen weeks ended March 26, 2025, we repurchased 159,750 shares of common stock under the Share Repurchase Program, using open market purchases, for total consideration of approximately $1.8 million. Following completion of these repurchases, approximately less than $0.1 million of our common stock remained available for repurchase under the Share Repurchase Program at March 26, 2025.
