In the ordinary course of operations, the Company is at times involved in legal proceedings. In the opinion of management, as of December 31, 2024, there are no material pending legal proceedings to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is a party or of which any of their property is the subject. In addition, the Company is not aware of any threatened litigation, unasserted claims or assessments that could have a material adverse effect on its business, operating results or financial condition.
