ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We maintain our principal office, totaling approximately 4,351 square feet, in Irvine, California, under a sub-lease that expires in May 2023. We also conduct engineering, assembly and prototyping capabilities in Camarillo, California, where we established a Global Product Development and Materials Science Center. We maintain additional leased spaces in several locations, including a production facility in Shenzhen, China, a satellite embedded electronics lab in Singapore, and regional offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and various other locations in the United States. In total, we lease approximately 23,000 square feet, and do not own any real estate. We believe that our facilities are adequate to meet our needs for the immediate future, and that, should it be needed, we will be able to secure additional space to accommodate any expansion of our operations.
