ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We maintain our principal office, totaling
approximately 4,351 square feet, in Irvine, California, under a sub-lease that expires in May 2023. We also maintain engineering,
assembly and prototyping capabilities in Camarillo, California, where we plan to establish a Global Product Development and Materials
Science Center that we expect to be operational in early 2021. We maintain additional leased spaces in several locations, including
production facilities in Shenzhen, China, an R&D center in Singapore, and regional offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and various
other locations in the United States. In total, we lease approximately 28,631 square feet, and do not own any real estate. We believe
that our facilities are adequate to meet our needs for the immediate future, and that, should it be needed, we will be able to
secure additional space to accommodate any expansion of our operations.
