We currently occupy approximately 34,522 rentable square feet of office and laboratory space in Watertown, Massachusetts under a lease that expires in March 2030. We have an option to extend the lease term for five additional years. We believe that our office and laboratory space is sufficient to meet our current needs and that suitable additional space will be available as and when needed.
