Market Information Our common stock has been listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “KRYS” since September 2017. Prior to that, there was no public market for our common stock. On February 20, 2023, there were two stockholders of record of our common stock. We are unable to estimate the total number of stockholders represented by these record holders, as many of our shares are held by brokers and other institutions on behalf of our stockholders. The closing price of our common stock was $78.25 per share as of February 20, 2023 as reported on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Dividend Policy We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our capital stock. We currently intend to retain any future earnings for use in the operation and growth of our business and do not intend to declare or pay any cash dividends in the foreseeable future. Any further determination to pay dividends on our capital stock will be at the discretion of our board of directors, subject to applicable laws, and will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements, general business conditions and other factors that our board of directors considers relevant. Purchases of Equity Securities by the Issuer or Affiliated Purchasers There were no repurchases of shares of common stock made during the three months ended December 31, 2022. Sales of Unregistered Securities There were no sales of unregistered securities by us during the last three calendar years.
