ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We own and occupy approximately 22,000 square feet of office space in Warsaw, Indiana, following an expansion of our existing warehouse facilities in 2018. An additional expansion is currently in process for the Warsaw facility and, once complete, will provide the Company with an additional 20,000 square feet. The Company also maintains two offices in the Netherlands and one office in Israel. W e believe our current facilities are suitable and adequate to meet our current needs. We may add new facilities or expand existing facilities as we add employees, and we believe suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate any such expansion of our operations.
